Menu Plan Monday 4/2-4/8


Breakfasts: Baked Bananas with Oatmeal, Yogurt with Granola and Berries, Kashi cereal, Mini Broccoli and Cheese Omelets

Monday: Spaghetti with Tomatoes and Zucchini
Tuesday: Sauteed Beef and Peppers with Rice and Black Beans
Wednesday: Grilled Pork Chops, Baked Sweet Potatoes, and Sauteed Squash with Onions
Thursday: Loaded Tostones (using this and this as inspiration)
Friday: Leftovers
Saturday: TBD
Sunday: Easter!
