Day 21 - A Recipe

I never know exact measurements of things, but this is a recipe I found a while back online and Matthew just loves it!

1 pound penne pasta
1 pound sausage
Red, Yellow, and Green peppers sliced
1 onion diced
1 can of crushed tomatoes
1 cup of mozzarella cheese

Cook the pasta as directed on the box. In a separate pan, brown the sausage. Add in the peppers and onions and cook until tender. Add in the tomatoes. Once the pasta is done, drain it and return to pot. Stir in the sausage and pepper mixture as well as the mozzarella cheese. Stir. Add more or less cheese depending on your tastes.

It's super gooey and cheesey and it's got that kind of spicy kick from the sausage and peppers! So good!
